A study conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership found that "crucial leadership skills in organizations are insufficient for meeting current and future needs." This gap analysis was quantified using the criteria of 1) A lack of mastery of the required competencies or 2) A lack of focus on necessary skills. The result? Nine key skill areas that leaders can develop in order to meet future challenges and opportunities head-on. These courses align with these nine topic areas to help you train your emerging and established leaders in your own organization. At the end of the course, learners will receive a certificate of completion. The home visiting webinar training provides the home visiting basics and best practices for conducting home visits. This training session includes instructor-led presentations, guest speakers with interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions with subject matter experts with interactive coursework.
The training includes online self-paced professional development courses to complement the home visiting training. The supervisor home visiting training is enhanced with more in-depth conversations regarding leadership, team building, managing change, and inspiring commitment. 30 Courses: 5 hours
